Rumuewhor Modular Refinery and Petrochemicals Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Law Phil Technologies is an indigenous oil and gas refinery and processing company in the midstream Nigerian Oil and Gas Environment. This is a 6, 000 bopd Crude Distillation and Cracking Unit (CDU) Rumuewhor Modular Refinery currently being built in Rumuewhor Community, Emohua Lga, Rivers State Nigeria

Val Hospital is a subsidiary of Law Phil Technologies. Val Hospital Medicals (VHM)Ltd. is a medical device/mobile Hospital development company that designs and manufactures medical devices and mobile hospital units in areas like endoscopy surgical niche markets. More than a dozen modules have already been designed with the participation of leading physicians and surgeons in gastroenterology. Five distinct medical kits and sixty different standalone mobile units have been developed. Currently VHM is working on a flat pack mobile hospital module that can be assembled and dismantled with ease for both emergency use and beyond with 30-35 years life span complete with environmentally friendly features and wireless communication devices
Increasing demand for health centres, bed, ward and specialised spaces for the health sector, have challenged VHM to find solutions that provide quality and sterile buildings faster and very cost-effectively for both Aid Agencies and Health Boards across the world.
Background: Over the years Val Hospital Medical Ltd has been researching both permanent and semi-permanent solutions that include sterile wards, operating theatres, treatment rooms, laboratories and offices for medical and nursing staff.
In collaboration with our partners, we have developed modules of semi-permanent hospitals including medical packages that address the most urgent needs of emergency/rural Medicare. This has increased our expertise and experience in meeting requirements for cost effective mobile hospital solutions (including highest sterile standards, functionality and accessibility). For example, our expertise has included knowledge of equipment selection and stand-alone-units to meet individual departmental needs within a hospital.
We are also looking to manufacture (with our partners) units suitable for both off and on-site full hospital extensions, and care units to the highest standards.
Rivers Vegetable Oil Company Ltd. (RIVOC) is another subsidiary of Law Phil Technologies and was incorporated in 1973 and established in Port Harcourt by the Rivers State Government with the primary objective of producing refined vegetable cooking oil and associated products like soaps and detergents from palm kernel. At the time it commenced production, RIVOC was the third largest fast moving consumer good manufacturing company in Nigeria. In 2015, a team of investors led by Dr. Ojibulem Lawrence after careful evaluation and due diligence came up with an offer to buy RIVOC and the then shareholders agreed to sell RIVOC despite the fact that it had been out of operation for three years.
